  • Buying from the Avalon Food Hub is easy! First, create an account. Then, fill your cart during an ordering period and pick up your order.

  • Yes! Wholesale orders are open to everyone, including restaurants, schools, and food programs. Learn more on our wholesale orders page or contact us.

    We offer bulk order discounts for community food programs!

  • We bring you the best, freshest, and most delicious local products to your table! We source fresh produce, meats, baked goods, preserves, and more from vendors here at home. Our products vary from week to week and seasonally. Visit our product listing to see what’s in season now.

  • You can choose from two pick-up locations in St. John’s:

    • 77 Charter Avenue, Suite 100 (East Drive entrance)

    • O’Brien Farm at 150 Oxen Pond Road

  • Each vendor decides on the price for each of their products. Prices are typically similar to those at community farmers’ markets.

  • We do not currently offer delivery. Order pick-up details are on our Ordering and Pickup page.

  • Yes! Choosing from a variety of products and vendors is the most exciting part of ordering at the Avalon Food Hub. Local food belongs on every plate. We’re working to make that easy for our customers and vendors.
